We’re Hiring: Office Services Administrator (Toronto)
We’re looking for an experienced Office Services Administrator to be the heartbeat of our Toronto office. In this role, you’ll shape the employee experience, partner across every function, and help create an environment where people feel supported, connected, and able to do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily office operations and create efficient, welcoming workflows
- Partner with building management and oversee vendor relationships
- Provide administrative support across HR, Finance, IT, Compliance & Investments
- Manage budgets, expenses, supplies, and office technology
- Coordinate meetings, hospitality, events, and committees (Social, H&S, DEI)
- Maintain safety standards and oversee access/security protocols
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate our workplace
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in office management or senior admin roles (ideally in fast‑paced environments)
- Strong business judgment and stakeholder management
- Tech‑savvy with Microsoft 365
- A polished communicator with a service‑focused mindset
- Organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture
Health & Safety certifications are an asset but not required. Global experience welcomed — Canadian experience not necessary.
