Role and Accountabilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) with 5–7 years of experience specializing in Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow SecOps solutions, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.

This role requires deep understanding of the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) suite, including SIR (Security Incident Response) and VR (Vulnerability Response) modules, along with strong process consulting capabilities.

In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow modules, including:
  • Lead business process workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements for SecOps modules.
  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules based on client needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to integrate threat intelligence, vulnerability scanners, and other security tools.
  • Optimize workflows and automation to enhance incident response efficiency and vulnerability remediation.
  • Provide guidance on platform governance, best practices, and ServiceNow roadmaps.
  • Support UAT, user training, and documentation for delivered solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies throughout implementations.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience
  • strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations, specifically Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response.
  • Experience in integrating third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, etc.).
  • Proficient in ServiceNow process design, configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and implementation.
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and their application in security operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Skills and Certifications

  • ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator CSA.

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (SIR)

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (VR)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills.

  • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
