About The Opportunity We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team at Griffith Health Service in a casual capacity. This role is designed to back-fill both planned and unplanned leave, with hours that will vary depending on the needs of the Health service, within Medical Imaging.

As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Medical Imaging Manager and wider team where needed. You will support quality customer service, manage records and correspondence, assist with bookings, and support day-to-day operations within the Medical Imaging department.

About You Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in a similar support role
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other record-keeping systems.
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work variable hours depending on the needs of the health service
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Vaccination Category: A
