The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the organization’s ERM framework, with a focus on treasury risk oversight. We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual with a strong foundation in risk management and a passion for continuous improvement. This role will contribute directly to strengthening our second line of defense by supporting the full risk management lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Support ongoing risk monitoring and the preparation of ERM reporting, including senior management and Board-level deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to the execution of the ERM framework, including risk identification, risk universe, inherent and residual risk assessment, and risk appetite.
- Support the annual enterprise-wide stress testing program and the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), including scenario development and analysis of results.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure alignment with the Bank’s treasury risk policies and directives
- Ensure strong governance and effective controls through independent validation of KRIs.
- Analyze internal and external data and prepare risk dashboards showcasing portfolio and industry trends.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for compliance and audit purposes.
What you bring:
- University degree in in business, finance, economics or related field.
- MBA, FRM, or CFA (completed or in progress) is a strong asset
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, risk or treasury management.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel (e.g., PowerPivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH), Power BI, PowerPoint, and VBA.
- Fluent in data extraction, transformation, and analysis and programing languages such as Python and/or SQL
- Intermediate understanding of capital adequacy requirements, stress testing, liquidity and funding risk, and interest rate risk management.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
