Description d'emploi :
We’re looking for a Project Manager, Supply Chain – 12 Month Contract to lead impactful**, medium-to-large scale initiatives** that drive innovation and efficiency across TJX Canada’s supply chain.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of medium to large-scale supply chain projects by developing detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and ROI analyses to support business cases, optimize project outcomes, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement process flows, business requirements, and job aids while driving continuous improvement and ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.
- Ensure project compliance with TJX Privacy and Security standards, SOX, PCI, and other regulatory requirements; manage vendor selection and negotiations in partnership with GS&P.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, track milestones, and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards; stay current on industry trends and project management best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Project Management; engineering background preferred (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical).
- Strong project management skills with experience in capital projects, AutoCAD, Lean/DMAIC, and smart automation tools (RPA, AI).
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards (OHSA, NFPA, Fire Code, etc.) and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI).
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Snowflake); strong understanding of data governance.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; bilingualism is an asset.
- Skilled in change management, problem-solving, and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
