We are a seasonal property with positions starting May 6, 2026 until October 2026.
For our international applicants, please note we do not have any LMIA spots available at this time. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at our hotel in the Canadian Rockies. The Laundry Person will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry, including linens and towels, are laundered, folded and stored appropriately. This role will require attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Laundry Person will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Collect and sort all soiled laundry from guest rooms and public areas
Sort through linens to find stains and use proper chemicals for stain removal Operate washing and drying machines to clean all laundry Fold and store all laundered items neatly and accurately Maintain inventory of linens, towels, and other laundry items Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required as we will train the right candidates Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs Working Conditions: Work will primarily take place in a laundry room Some exposure to cleaning chemicals is possible Work involves lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time Compensation: Wage: $17 plus bonuses. Staff accommodation is available for employees over the age of 18 at $4.41 per day. Completion Bonus: If contract is completed you will receive $1 for every hour worked, plus a bonus that will cover the cost of your rent. Referral Bonus: $500 if both yours and your referrals contract are completed.
