BTY’s Toronto team is seeking an Office Manager to join our Toronto office.

What You Get to Do

Front Desk

  • Greeting clients and handling calls, emails, and mail.
  • Booking meetings, conferences, and arranging logistics such as venues, catering, taxis, and couriers.
  • Managing cheque deposits and setting up boardrooms with the required equipment.

Office Support

  • Vendor and supplier management, including sourcing, negotiating, approving, and handling corporate insurance requirements.

  • Office operations and maintenance, such as equipment use, repairs, cleaning, and ensuring supplies are stocked.

  • IT and systems support, including device setup, fobs, passcodes, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Administrative support, including records management, database entry, document formatting, research, and assisting technical staff.

  • Coordination of office activities, events, meetings, and ensuring boardrooms and common areas are presentable.
