Guest Attendant

The role involves providing assistance and hospitality to residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting the daily operations of the residence.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist with resident needs such as delivering messages, guiding visitors, and providing information.
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area.
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Perform light administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible part‑time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with senior living environments.
