Key Responsibilities

Category Management & Strategy:
- Manage procurement categories with annual spends up to $500M, including Fabrication, Construction, Cool and Clean, Media Buying, Creative Agencies, and Food and Packaging.
- Develop and execute category-specific procurement strategies, incorporating risk mitigation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor market dynamics and assess business risks associated with sourcing and procurement strategies.

Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and agencies, measuring performance and driving improvement initiatives.
- Conduct negotiations for purchase prices, agency agreements, and ad space/airtime to maximize value.
- Ensure alignment with marketing and media peers, fostering progressive, inclusive, and fair supplier partnerships.

Analytics & Financial Modeling:
- Conduct detailed financial analyses and develop cost models to evaluate deals and determine viability and profitability.
- Monitor category spend, supply chain trends, and cost-saving opportunities to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Measure ROI and optimize media mix for marketing procurement categories.

Project Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams to support product innovation, market testing, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support new vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and end-of-life supplier transitions.
- Act as a strategic sourcing lead in cross-functional category team meetings, providing recommendations and highlighting risks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, preferably in hospitality, manufacturing, or retail industries.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, cost analysis, and data interpretation to inform procurement decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or media analytics software is a plus.
- Knowledge of QSR, food processing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
