Who you are
You are a seasoned security professional with deep expertise in architecture, engineering, threat detection, and risk management. You bring a strategic mindset and hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide security frameworks that protect complex environments — cloud, on-premises, and hybrid.
You thrive in fast-paced settings where proactive threat detection and rapid incident response are critical. You know how to build and refine detection capabilities, lead investigations, and coordinate cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations.
You’re skilled in vulnerability management, from assessments and penetration testing to remediation planning and tool optimization. You take a risk-based approach to security, balancing technical rigor with business context. You’re also well-versed in compliance and regulatory frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. You understand how to translate requirements into actionable policies and support audit readiness with clear documentation and process maturity.
Above all, you’re a collaborative leader who can guide teams, influence stakeholders, and continuously evolve security practices to meet the needs of a growing organization.
What you will do
Design and implement enterprise-wide security architectures and frameworks.
Develop and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures.
Engineer security solutions for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Conduct security assessments of existing systems and propose remediation strategies.
Monitor security events and investigate potential incidents.
Develop and refine detection rules and threat hunting capabilities.
Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Perform forensic analysis and post-incident reviews.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Prioritize and coordinate remediation efforts across teams.
Manage security scanning tools and maintain vulnerability databases.
Develop risk assessment methodologies.
Develop and maintain policies, standards, and controls aligned to frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and SOC 2. Ensure compliant with regulatory requirements.
Translate complex risks into actionable guidance. Lead cross-functional initiatives and promote a culture of shared security ownership.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in cloud security, network architecture, IAM, and application security.
Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations (ISO, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)
