About The Role We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Mainframe COBOL Developer to join our client, Morgan Stanley, on a 12-month contract basis. This role is based at the Morgan Stanley office in Montreal, Quebec, and requires working from the office environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mainframe technologies, particularly COBOL, and will play a critical role in supporting enterprise-level applications within the Financial and Wealth Management domain. The successful applicant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend systems, ensuring high performance, stability, and compliance with enterprise standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of total professional experience, with at least 7+ years specifically in mainframe technologies and COBOL development.
