About The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating and evolving ARS Responds Canada's national brand presence across various platforms, including digital media, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications. Reporting directly to the Director of Communications & Brand Strategy, you will transform ideas into compelling visual stories that support business development, employee engagement, recruitment efforts, customer confidence, and overall brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual identity of a growing organization while working on high-impact projects that align with our mission and values.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of professional graphic design experience Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint Experience with WordPress, Canva, Figma, video editing, or motion graphics is considered an asset Portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, presentation design, digital campaigns, print and layout design, and executive-level visual storytelling Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Responsibilities
Design high-impact visual assets for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and strategic communication materials that effectively convey key messages Support RFQ/RFP submissions through compelling visual layout, structure, and storytelling Develop creative campaigns for social media, websites, recruitment initiatives, email marketing, and internal communication platforms Design infographics, diagrams, templates, signage, and branded marketing collateral to enhance visual communication Maintain brand consistency and uphold visual quality standards across all touchpoints Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Communications, Business Development, HR, Operations, and Leadership to ensure cohesive branding Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational goals
