Sanctum Care Group is an organization committed to delivering high quality, trauma informed care. We are looking for highly motivated Team Lead to join our Prenatal Outreach Resource Team (PORT) in North Battleford. PORT will provide intensive case management, wraparound supports and services for pre and postnatal women in North Battleford and surrounding area, who are at risk of having their baby apprehended at birth.
Main Activities
- The Team Lead is responsible for administrative tasks, overseeing staff, daily operations to ensure the highest quality services
- HR related functions and duties
- Education development, training, supervision of staff
- Ongoing employee evaluation to support care excellence
- Connecting with community agencies and stakeholders in and around Prince Albert
- Generate and organize schedules and fulfil staffing requirements as needed
- Provide case management in a community based setting
Qualifications
- The successful candidates will have the following
- Exceptional time management, with ability to prioritize and carry out work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong conflict resolution, organizational and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, exceptional problem-solving ability
- Willingness to adapt to new concepts, techniques, and knowledge in the fields of Child and Family programs, HIV and pregnancy, addictions, harm reduction and trauma informed care
- Ability to communicate and be assertive while maintaining an effective working relationship with staff and clients
- Cultural sensitivity to Indigenous issues
- HR experience, payroll functions are an asset
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work field hour
- Validate drivers license
- Access to a vehicle is required
- Background working in Mental Health and Addictions is an asset
- BSW or combination of education and work-related experience
