- 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Experience hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.)
- Strong sourcing capability and comfort managing multiple concurrent searches
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse

What the job involves
- We’re at a defining moment as a company. After a period of rapid change, we’re focused on building our next chapter with intention, discipline, and a higher bar for talent
- Recruiting will be at the center of that next phase and we’re looking for a Recruiting Lead to build it with us
- This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and will begin as a team of one
- You won’t be inheriting a large team or a perfectly built machine. Instead, you’ll step into a real opportunity: to rebuild, reimagine, and create the recruiting engine that fuels our growth
- You’ll have the autonomy to assess what’s working, fix what’s not, raise expectations, and create structure where it’s needed
- Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to hire and develop a team. But first, we need to build the foundation thoughtfully and with high standards
- Lead 5–8 searches at a time across functions and levels
- Personally source and engage high-caliber talent
- Partner deeply with hiring managers to define what great looks like
- Run thoughtful, competitive offer processes and close top candidates
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects the caliber of talent we want to attract
- Reset the bar for hiring rigor and talent standards
- Strengthen hiring manager accountability and partnership
- Improve workflows, communication rhythms, and data visibility
- Introduce smarter systems and scalable processes
- Continuously assess what can be better and take action
- Work directly with senior leaders to align hiring with company priorities
- Use data and market insight to influence decisions
- Push for excellence while balancing speed and quality
