Job Title – Receptionist Period – 6 months (Extension possible) Location – Candiac QC
Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic Receptionist to be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator of our office environment. In this pivotal role, you'll set the tone for visitors and callers alike, supporting our team with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. If you thrive in a lively, fast-paced setting and enjoy helping others, this could be your next great opportunity! Required Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French and English Previous reception or front-desk experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism Nice to Have Skills: Experience with office administration or clerical duties Familiarity with office equipment such as postage machines and phone systems Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a corporate or industrial setting preferred
