Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focusedValet / Bell Attendantto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing valet parking, assisting with luggage, and creating a welcoming first impression for all guests.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs
• Provide directions and information about the property and surrounding area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable valet/entrance area
• Handle all vehicles with care and follow company procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift luggage for extended periods
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
