Your New Role
As the Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects while working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. You will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, documentation management, procurement, cost tracking, and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You will assist in maintaining project schedules, monitoring budgets and expenditures, coordinating project documentation, tracking construction drawings, and supporting project reporting requirements. The Senior Project Coordinator will also help facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensure project milestones are achieved, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.
What You'll Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with strong exposure to project coordination and project controls within the ICI, industrial, institutional, or residential sectors. A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. You will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is required, while experience with Procore, Primavera P6, and BIM platforms is considered an asset. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
