What will you be doing? As an Education Coach your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing educational quality of classrooms, staff, and equipment in multiple centers.
- Ensuring maintenance and delivery of standardized curriculum to all age groups.
- Soliciting and responding to feedback regarding programs
- Providing classroom-based demonstrations, collaborations, and one-on-one support to educators.
- Assisting Centre Directors and Area Managers with development of staff training programs, schedule and workshops.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 5+ years teaching experience
- Childcare Mentor/Leadership experience an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid G License and reliable transportation for travel as needed amongst various centers
- Must meet province requirements for child care employment
