About The Opportunity Our growing client in the central Gatineau region is seeking a Bilingual Senior Financial Budgeting Specialist to join their dynamic organization on a full-time, permanent basis.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Institute and maintain policies & procedures, maximizing accuracy and compliance
- Development and implementation of internal controls
- Coordination and preparation of budget and financial forecasts
- Provide guidance and implementation of accounting standards as well as development of supplemental training programs
- Work closely with internal and external Auditors
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, maintaining integrity to reporting standards
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and presenting financial reports
- Communicating with Senior Management on all Finance-related strategies
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- Fluently bilingual in both official languages (English & French)
- CPA Designation, active in good standing or in CFE stages, or Designation equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Finance within a similar role for a medium-to-large organization
- Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter, collaborative
About the Job This Hybrid opportunity offers a salary band of $105-$115K, depending on relevant experience.
