- Ability to leverage a CPA designation in a complex, project‑based finance environment
- Aptitude for applying 8–10+ years of FP&A or project finance experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and act as a strategic business partner
- Proficiency in reporting and planning tools such as Power BI, Adaptive, or Oracle
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
What the job involves
- Join a dynamic engineering‑driven environment as a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, supporting a growing Nuclear business in a project‑based setting
- In this high‑visibility role, you will empower senior leaders with clear, decision‑ready insights and contribute directly to the performance and strategic direction of the Nuclear Canada team
- Support and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting for the Nuclear Canada business
- Analyze overhead spending and project financial results, including revenue, margin, backlog, and cash
- Simplify and automate FP&A reporting, dashboards, and financial models
- Translate complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insights
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests from Corporate and Sector FP&A under tight timelines
- Partner with Project Accounting, Project Managers, and senior leadership teams
- Develop a strong understanding of projects and client contracts
