A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting Role responsibilities To run, support and develop Service Level Agreements and different kind of contracts with clients. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Reaching deadlines as a must. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure staffing, engineering resource availability and allocations. To create a General Road Mapping. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs (Risk management). Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders improving negotiation and understanding. To care about financials of the project in charge (invoicing, expenses, revenue forecasts, etc). To analyze all relevant data about the project, creating dashboards and data visualizations for improving the decision making process. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: +6 years working as a Project Manager inside digital agencies, software factories or IT companies. Experience working with project management software tools like MS Project and JIRA. Experience managing fixed-price projects. Knowledge of data processing and dashboard. Metrics and KPI's analysis. Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues. Experience working with agile methodologies. Upper-intermediate to advanced level of conversational English.
Nice to have qualifications
Preferably with a degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related careers. Experience in Commerce. The benefits
This is a full-time position based in Canada. The offered salary range is 90.000-120.000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location. Valtech offers a comprehensive benefits package effective after three months of continuous service: A comprehensive insurance plan, where you can choose the module that best suits your needs—Gold, Silver, or Bronze. The employer may contribute up to 80% of your coverage depending on the selected module. This plan includes short- and long-term disability coverage. Dialogue via Sun Life provides virtual healthcare services, allowing you to consult with a healthcare professional for emergencies, prescription renewals, and more. You also have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program, as well as a complete mental health support program. A $500 Personal Spending Account, which can be used for healthcare reimbursements, gym memberships, public transit passes, office supplies, or contributions to your RRSP through Valtech. A retirement plan where Valtech will match 100% of your RRSP contributions through a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), up to a maximum of 4%. You can start contributing to your RRSP immediately, and to the DPSP after 3 months. The vesting of the DPSP will be after a 24 months of service. Access to a flexible vacation under Valtech's policy to support your work-life balance, with 5 days available during your probation period and a prorated amount calculated for the remainder of the year. Personal Technology Reimbursement – $30/month for every employee-offered on day 1. We close during the winter holidays and offer flexible scheduling throughout the year, so you can enjoy those sunny Friday afternoons—provided your weekly hours are completed.
