We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiasticDelivery Coordinatorto join our team in Prince George. This is aSeasonal Full-Timeposition.
###Position Overview
The RV Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless, professional, and customer-focused handover experience. This position ensures all pre-delivery requirements are completed, conducts customer orientations, and supports the overall customer journey.
###Key Responsibilities
Delivery Preparation & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate customer delivery appointments
- Confirm unit readiness with Service, Parts, Detail, and Sales teams
- Ensure all required accessories, paperwork, and preparation steps are completed prior to delivery
Customer Orientation & Handover
- Conduct detailed RV walk-throughs with customers
- Demonstrate key RV systems and features in a clear and engaging way
- Review safety procedures, maintenance, and warranty information
- Ensure customers feel confident and ready before departure
Customer Experience & Support
- Set clear expectations throughout the delivery process
- Address customer questions or concerns promptly
- Promote ongoing service relationships, including future maintenance
- Encourage customer feedback, reviews, and referrals
- Follow up after delivery to confirm satisfaction
Internal Communication
- Maintain communication with Sales and Finance regarding delivery timelines
- Escalate any unresolved service or quality issues before delivery
- Coordinate with Parts on installed accessories and add-ons
General Support Duties
- Assist with unit movement, lot organization, and showroom setup
- Support wash bay and reconditioning teams as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
###Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RV, automotive, marine, or related industry preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of RV systems and maintenance is an asset
- Forklift certification is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable using basic technology (e.g., CRM systems, mobile devices)
###Work Conditions
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons
- Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Use of tools and equipment as required
- Wage: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
