About Us

To play a key role in our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts in the Americas. This role will be pivotal in designing and executing 1-to-few and 1-to-many ABM campaigns that engage and convert senior HR and Talent Acquisition leaders across key target accounts.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Sector Leaders and Product Marketing to build personalized, insight-led campaigns that drive pipeline growth and strengthen our brand presence in the enterprise HR space.

The role sits in the Business Marketing team and reports into the Senior Marketing Manager for the Americas.

The Role

Purpose and position in organization

The Manager, Client Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing share of wallet and driving client engagement. This role will partner with the Client Director community and other senior leaders to leverage client insights, understand account challenges, and prioritize strategies.

This role will report to the Global Head of Business Marketing and work closely with the Chief Client Officer, Client Partnering MDs and Client Partnering Directors.

Performance Outcomes /Accountabilities

  • Development of cross-channel campaigns incorporating Client Partnering Director insights aimed at driving client growth and increasing share of wallet and client engagement.

  • Delivery of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns to project scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Achievement of positive feedback from Client Partnering Directors and other key stakeholders (ad hoc and via formal reviews during mid-year and year-end)

  • Development of reports and dashboard that measures campaign impact on engagement and sales funnel progression.

  • Achievement of marketing campaign targets, KPIs and success metrics (client engagement, share of wallet, etc.)

  • Delivery of impactful tools and materials to Client Partnering Directors to enable effective communication of campaigns and new products/services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Partnerships

  • Put the customer at the center of everything we do and look at ways to enhance their business and drive growth

  • Establish strategic partnerships with the Client Partnering community

  • Leverage Client Partnering Director insights, insights from 6Sense, Salesforce and external sources to understand client challenges and priorities.

  • Develop messaging and content that resonates with clients based on feedback received from the Client Partnering Director community.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing to identify white space opportunities and develop and execute campaign plans to promote new products and solutions.

  • Work with L&D to ensure the CPDs have what they need to effectively communicate the campaigns to clients, solicit feedback from CDs and replicate success

  • Partner with Client Partnering Directors to acquire client references and successful case studies that can be published.

Campaign Design & Execution

  • Build and deliver cross-channel campaigns that deliver a quantifiable value and outline campaign objectives, timelines, budget and deliverables.
  • Draw on existing global marketing campaigns and content where possible – repurposing for specific client segments and / or accounts
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Implement campaign activities. This could include roundtable events; emails; targeted LinkedIn advertising etc.
  • Provide on-going project updates to Client Partnering Directors and key stakeholders on campaign status, progress, risks, and insights.
  • Monitor project timelines and risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and update project plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with L&D to equip Client Partnering Directors with the necessary information, tools and materials to effectively communicate campaigns to clients.
  • Communicate regularly with the Client Partnering organization to ensure they are aware of / take part in wider marketing activity and to share insights on client engagement.
