Job Description
The Construction Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects. This position involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain & facilitate accurate project documentation, including drawings, permits, contracts, and reports.
- Prepare and distribute progress updates and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Manage contractor and vendor performance according to Indigo’s core expectations for service quality and vendor specific KPIs
- Track budgets, costs, and assist with invoice processing.
- Ensure timely auditing and payment of all construction related invoices
- Coordinate with Landlords and receive required Landlord approvals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving issues and mitigating risks.

- Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions.
- Share technical knowledge with others and actively seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself
- Help others see the impacts of their efforts and proactively engage other functions to get input
- Encourage others to freely share their point of view and be open to feedback

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Procore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
