We are currently supporting a boutique, multidisciplinary engineering firm in downtown Vancouver with the confidential search for an Electrical Engineer (P.Eng.) to join their collaborative, tight-knit team.

About the Opportunity
This opportunity is ideal for an electrical engineer who enjoys variety in projects, from tenant improvements to high-rise residential towers, electrification / decarbonization, arc flash studies, institutional work (fire halls, etc.), electrical failure investigations, and some international work too. The team completes hundreds of projects per year across a diverse portfolio, with high standards for collaboration and creative problem-solving.
The role involves sharing Engineer of Record responsibilities with another experienced Electrical P.Eng., helping provide mentorship and support to junior designers, and integrating with the mechanical team to deliver cohesive design solutions.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A registered P.Eng. in Electrical Engineering (must-have).
- Experienced with office tenant improvements, mechanical/electrical interface work, and building systems design.
- Skilled across power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communications, and security systems.
- Comfortable with AutoCAD and/or Revit, and ideally, lighting design software.
- A good communicator; someone who can work closely with internal partners and mentor junior staff.
