Hold a Diploma of College Studies in Business Administration (Management) or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel and Word) and Google software
- Testing required
- Knowledge of school fee structure
- Knowledge of Jade Tosca, Access, DASH, GPI, Charlemagne, DOFIN, Mozaik and Fusion would be an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to set a timeline and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bilingualism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Willingness to work during part of the summer period (in July and August)

Nature of the work
The principal and customary work of an employee in this class of employment consists in preparing, in conjunction with the administration, the school or centre timetable and other schedules, such as the exam schedule based on, among other things, rationalization and efficiency criteria as well as adapting and applying the procedures required for the organization of administrative operations: student registration, declaration of student enrolment, exams, preparation of report cards and certification of studies.
Daily Tasks/Dossiers:
- Register new students
- Create and modify student schedules
- Submit overmax compensation data for teachers
- Assist office staff during registration period
- Assist office staff with school fees and accounting
- Create school master schedule with Administration and DASH
- Preparation of report cards and statements of accounts
- Verification of student course selection and option selection
