About Us Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) is a separate division of Centrecare Incorporated which delivers Employee Assistance Programs and other wellbeing services to the highest standard. We are a values-based organisation with the purpose to provide services that resolve personal, family and professional challenges that affect employees. We do this with a genuine care for the people we serve and we re-invested all profits into supporting community programs.

The Role Role First point of contact role for all clients and enquiries within the branch, this busy and fast-paced environment requires handling multiple queries and follow procedures for multiple services offered, including:

  • Manage multiple calendars for appointment bookings.
  • Answer calls promptly and in a courteous manner.
  • Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance, including referring to other branches or agencies.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small administrative team.

About You

  • Cert II or Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar client services / reception /medical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, data entry skills and ability to learn internal booking and records systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to be part of a team, contributing towards culturally responsive, quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.
  • Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
