PROJECT AND REPORTING ANALYST CO-OP About TelMAX Inc. Your Position & How You Will Contribute Reporting to the Director of Project Management , the Project & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting telMAX’s build program and ensuring projects align with business objectives. Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) , this position supports project coordination, reporting, and operational processes that drive visibility, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities & Key Duties: Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Distribute project construction packages to contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain Excel trackers and project templates
  • Develop and refine reports using Clad and the Master Schedule
  • Support the implementation and migration of project management data into the Clad system
  • Contribute to weekly construction and engineering cash forecasts for the Finance team
  • Assist with Finance month-end reporting and related analysis

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Document internal processes and workflows to support standardization and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for process and reporting enhancements
  • Support the rollout of new systems, templates, and tools within the PMO environment

Ad Hoc Analysis & Support

  • Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely project updates

Experience

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Excel skills required; Power Query experience is an asset
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
