Qualifications:

Grade 12 diploma required

Canadian Payroll Certificate preferred

3–4 years of payroll experience

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
-
Knowledge of business equipment and payroll software (e.g., Atrieve)
The suitable candidate will:

Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills
-
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
-
Show strong problem-solving skills for complex payroll adjustments
-
Collaborate effectively with coworkers and support team efforts
