About the role

The Company Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet The Team Dexcom Canada’s Marketing team is where strategy, science, and storytelling come together to help healthcare professionals transform diabetes care. As the Marketing Manager, HCP (Canada), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Dexcom’s CGM innovations are understood, recommended, and adopted by prescribers nationwide—from endocrinologists and diabetes educators to nurse practitioners and primary care physicians. Working at the center of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on omnichannel execution to drive real, measurable impact in the HCP channel. If you’re energized by building smart, insight-driven campaigns, partnering closely with Sales, Medical, and Global teams, and seeing your work directly influence patient outcomes across Canada, this is the team—and the role—for you.

Where You Come In

  • You will drive increased awareness, preference, and recommendation of Dexcom CGM among healthcare professionals across Canada.
  • You will accelerate HCP adoption—particularly within T2 IIT and T2 Basal segments—through impactful omnichannel programs and strong sales enablement.
  • You will elevate HCP familiarity and engagement by optimizing conference strategies, educational content, and digital touchpoints.
  • You will deliver measurable growth in new patient starts directly tied to HCP marketing and field activities.
  • You will equip field teams with best-in-class tools and resources that enable meaningful clinic-level impact.
  • You will ensure consistent, compliant, and evidence-based messaging across all HCP interactions and channels.

What Makes You Successful

  • You think strategically and can translate market insights, HCP behavior, and performance data into clear value propositions, messaging platforms, and high-impact marketing programs.
  • You have experience developing and executing HCP marketing strategies that align national commercial objectives with global brand direction, including support for new product launches.
  • You bring strong omnichannel expertise, designing and optimizing integrated HCP programs across field, digital, paid media, webinars, conferences, and peer-to-peer engagement.
  • You are comfortable leading paid media strategy, partnering with agencies to improve targeting, efficiency, and ROI.
  • You excel at sales enablement, creating compelling tools such as talk tracks, objection handlers, clinic resources, training assets, and coverage navigation materials.
  • You partner effectively with Sales to ensure message consistency, support account-level strategies, and drive strong execution in priority geographies.
  • You have experience leading HCP conferences, congresses, and professional education programs, and collaborating with KOLs on advisory boards and educational initiatives.
  • You bring a high level of attention to detail and are experienced in developing compliant, evidence-based HCP materials within regulated environments, including managing MLR review processes.
  • You define and track KPIs tied to business impact, including awareness, adoption, new patient starts, and ROI, and you actively optimize investment based on performance.
  • You are comfortable managing budgets, pacing spend, and making data-driven tradeoff decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You bring strong cross-functional influence skills, leading without authority across Sales, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Market Access, and Global teams.
