About the role

Accounts and Admin Assistant – Windsor – £32k Windsor Accounts Assistant £32k One Property Recruitment is seeking a numerate, organised, and personable Accounts Assistant to join our client’s thriving residential lettings department, based in their Windsor office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative or accounts experience to step into a varied role within a supportive and well-structured team. Our client has an exceptional reputation for staff retention and offers a friendly, professional environment with opportunities to develop.

This role would suit individuals from an accounts, lettings, or wider property background, but property experience is preferred rather than essential. Strong numeracy and attention to detail are key.

Main Duties

  • Carry out daily bank reconciliations on the client account
  • Receipt rents, allocate payments accurately, and pay landlords/owners
  • Process supplier invoices and payments
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants, including agreeing rent increases
  • Assist with answering phones, handling Sales/Lettings enquiries, and booking viewings
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, submit information to the TDS, and issue all prescribed documents to tenants
  • Book check-ins and ensure move-in processes are completed correctly
  • Assist with tenant referencing applications
  • Provide support to Sales and Lettings teams during periods of annual leave

About You

  • Strong numeracy skills and confident working with financial processes
  • Experience in accounts, lettings, administration, or compliance (property experience preferred but not essential)
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office and supporting multiple departments
  • Proactive, helpful, and able to build rapport with clients, tenants, and colleagues
