This is a hybrid role, so candidates must be within commutable distance to Ottawa, ON and able to work at our on-site office at least twice per week.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with different teams to define and determine integration requirements.
• Using best practices, design, develop and deploy integration processes between core business applications using Dell Boomi platform.
• Develop unit tests and collaborate with QA staff to develop end-to-end test scenarios. Participate in, and contribute to, our quality first mindset/culture.
• Provide development and technical expertise to ensure development tasks are done within scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively bring in ideas to increase innovation, productivity, and business value.
• Share integration best practices, lessons learned and knowledge with the rest of the team.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in application integration development. Good understanding of application integration patterns and best practices.
• Knowledge and experience using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology. We use Dell Boomi but will consider solid experience in similar platforms.
• Experience with a variety of data formats, e.g.: Protobuf, JSON, XML. Solid database and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with project management/QA tools such as Jira, XRay, etc. would be a plus.
• Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile framework.
• Experience mapping and documenting end-to-end business data flows and processes.

Bonus Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• Any of the following: Jenkins CI/CD, SalesForce Development, leveraging Artificial Intelligence to increase developer velocity, .Net Framework, Python, Groovy.

This position has a starting base salary range of CAD $84,000 to CAD $100,000 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for bonus.
