Safety Audit Program Administrator

Position Purpose

The Safety Audit Program Administrator will be part of a growing team at the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA). This role involves assisting with member inquiries, including employers with SECOR, COR, and TLC processes, and ensuring consistent, effective, and compliant safety program administration. The Safety Audit Program Administrator works closely with members to facilitate audit setups, handle certification amendments, and support compliance with safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service, providing accurate and helpful responses to member safety program inquiries including audit statuses, through telephone queue and email communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Guide members through initiating the audit process including SECOR, TLC, action plans, and maintenance setups while receiving COR submissions.
  • Process and review submissions for quality assurance, ensuring proper documentation is received.
  • Assist auditors in maintaining their certified status, partnering with the client services team on clearance for the 1-day Auditor Training Program Recertification course.
  • Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices for improved service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address needs and provide administrative support as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience:

    • 1 - 3 years of related experience in a demanding customer service environment, high-volume phone calls, and data coordination required.
  • Required skills and abilities:

    • Competent in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) software.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Excels at creative thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
    • Ability to work independently as a strong and contributing member in a team environment.

Logistics

  • Daily work hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • This role is eligible for a hybrid work model (ACSA Edmonton office).
  • This role reports to the COR Manager.

Salary: $52,448 – $53,757
