We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset, and detail orientated. You’ll play a key role in supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring monthly targets are met.

What you bring:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly
  • Enter customer payments against distributed invoices and update account balances
  • Investigate payment discrepancies and liaise with the finance team to trace missing payments
  • Adjust and update payment records, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, supporting collection efforts
  • Prepare and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Track inventory levels (propane and non-propane), identifying variances
  • Assist with month-end financial recording and reporting
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, document management, and supply ordering
  • Maintain and update weekly/monthly customer pricing contracts
  • Send fixed pricing letters to customers periodically
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary business or technical training preferred
  • 1 year or less of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
