Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is looking for an Accessory Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for automotive accessories—working with both internal staff and external clients to bring their vision to life. From custom wheels to performance upgrades, you’ll help customers personalize their rides while ensuring an exceptional experience.

What Will You Do?

• Act as the main point of contact for accessories, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and dealership staff.

• Communicate parts orders to counterpersons.

• Confirm availability and delivery timelines for non-stock items with customers.

• Review special orders with the Parts Manager.

• Keep accessory displays current, engaging, clean, and clearly priced with creative merchandising.

• Assist in developing and managing a menu of accessory packages that can be included in conditional sales contracts.

• A true automotive enthusiast with knowledge of accessories, wheels, and fitments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable both in-person and on the phone.

• Proven sales skills with the ability to build rapport and ask the right questions.
