Project Name: OSFI Business Continuity Initiative
Project Manager: End-to-end project management and delivery to ensure the path forward is delivered within timelines
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
Project Management skillset
Must-have Skills:
- PMP Designation
- Risk Management experience
- Effective problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and rectify any hurdles or issues impeding the program.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage change effectively in diverse environments, utilizing change management skills.
