Location: Winnipeg, MB
Classification: Full-time, Immediate hire
Salary: $35,000-$45,000 Annually

Your area of focus.
In this position, the Lot & Building Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility and vehicle lot. This role supports daily operations by ensuring vehicles are properly staged, the property is well-kept, and the work environment is safe and efficient for staff and customers.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, parking areas, and shop exterior
- Move, park, and organize customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assist with vehicle staging for repair, delivery, and pickup Perform routine building maintenance (e.g., sweeping, garbage removal, minor repairs)
- Monitor and maintain shop cleanliness, including floors, entrances, and common areas Remove snow, ice, and debris from walkways and driveways (seasonal)
- Ensure proper signage and traffic flow in the lot Check for and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues
- Assist with basic shop support tasks as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What are the must-haves…
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (asset)
- Previous experience in maintenance, automotive, or similar environment (asset)
- Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good time management and reliability Basic mechanical or maintenance skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Working Conditions Primarily outdoor work with exposure to weather conditions
- Physically active role (walking, lifting, bending, standing)
- Exposure to noise, dust, and automotive environment
