About the role

The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring aLead Analyst, Maintenance & Reliabilityon a permanent basis to work in-office in Regina, SK.

Join a team focused on improving how we plan, manage, and execute maintenance across our refinery. In this role, you will support informed decision‑making, help set clear priorities, and ensure resources are used effectively to drive long‑term reliability and operational performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Support strategic planning by contributing to budgeting, KPI development, and short‑ to mid‑range maintenance and turnaround planning.
  • Lead technical data analytics by validating asset data, generating reports, and providing insights that drive operational improvement.
  • Manage master data and MRO material strategies by ensuring accurate asset information and informed stocking and purchasing recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing work management processes, enhancing tools, improving workflows, and supporting preventive maintenance.
  • Oversee the CMMS by managing system enhancements, coordinating SME teams, and ensuring data accuracy and effective planning and scheduling support.
  • Provide financial insight by analyzing cost drivers and offering recommendations that support efficient maintenance and material decisions.

Who you’ll work with: **The Team:**You will provide leadership to a team consisting of a Maintenance Excellence Analyst and two Master Data Technicians, ensuring strong coaching, effective performance management, and alignment to departmental goals.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in maintenance analytics and:

  • Have 8+ years of relevant experience working in analytics, finance, or a related field in an industrial or oil and gas environment.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or commerce. A CPA designation would be considered an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Experience working with maintenance systems and technical data, including the use of KPIs, dashboards, and other tools to monitor performance and support effective decision‑making.
