About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Finance Strategic Programs Lead. In this role, you will oversee business program management, analysis, solution design fitness, data migration, and testing for enterprise-level projects that directly impact Element’s financial integrity and client trust. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding revenue streams, mitigating the risk of business disruption, and enabling accurate financial reporting across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee business analysis and solution design fitness for strategic finance programs.
- Lead requirements evaluation and solution design reviews for enterprise initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy, controls, and audit standards.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Champion quality assurance and testing excellence across all finance program areas.
- Lead user acceptance testing and defect management to ensure readiness for deployment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and program stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional alignment with teams in North America, Europe, and India.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and reporting.
- Oversee implementation, training, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, testing, project management, or software development.
- Proven leadership in delivering enterprise-wide initiatives across geographies.
- Experience working collaboratively with both business and IT teams to design and implement integrated solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and third-party system integrations.
- Intermediate SQL Server and T-SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority across global teams.
Location: Canada Remote
The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 to $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
