The company utilizes AI enabled tools to organize candidate responses. These tools may be used in the screening or assessment of applicants.

  • Manage and track all onsite inventory including tools, parts, and consumables for wind turbine maintenance activities

  • Coordinate material requests with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely availability of required components

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and spreadsheets

  • Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder materials to avoid downtime

  • Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety compliance

  • Coordinate logistics for shipping, returns, and transfers between sites or warehouses

  • Support outage planning by ensuring all required materials are staged and available ahead of scheduled work

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits

  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and site leadership teams

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, or logistics (industrial or energy sector preferred)

  • GWO Certifications BST, BTT and ART

  • Bilingual in English and French (strongly preferred)

  • Experience supporting field teams in construction, wind, oil & gas, or similar industries is a strong asset

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Proficient with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work independently in a remote or site-based environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

  • Physically capable of lifting, moving, and organizing materials as required

  • Valid driver’s license (site access may require travel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in wind turbine maintenance or renewable energy projects
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and site compliance standards
