Job Description: We are seeking a strong Implementation Delivery Lead to join PwC Canadas Managed Services team.
This individual will own the successful delivery of solutions within our Transformation Pillar, working directly with architecture, business, project management and technical teams.
The role serves as the Pod Lead for active initiatives, translating busi-ness requirements into executable solutions and ensuring alignment with PwC risk, compli-ance, and platform standards. Collaboration across architects, BAs, project managers, and engineering teams is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, technical fluency, and delivery ownership able to lead integrated projects that often leverage existing platforms (Azure, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot GenAI) rather than custom software development.
Key Responsibilities Act as the lead delivery owner (Pod Lead) for assigned transformation projects Understand and translate business and functional requirements into technical execution plans Coordinate delivery across architecture, development, testing, and operations teams Ensure alignment with PwC s risk and compliance protocols Work closely with Lines of Service and PT to integrate and operationalize solutions Desired Skills and Back-ground Proven experience in solution or implementation delivery leadership roles Strong un-derstanding of Microsoft Azure services, application architecture, and integration patterns (APIs, messaging, auth) Familiarity with databases, system workflows, and general software engineering lifecycle Experience with AI GenAI solutions, chatbots, copilots, or automation platforms is a plus Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and busi-ness domains

The fundamental modules covered by BM-Cloud are accounting, inventory management, purchasing, sales, and HR/payroll systems.
