WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The main purpose of this position is to support the front-of-house restaurant team in running food and beverage, bussing tables, and general cleaning and stocking duties while providing the best service possible to guests, upholding the service standards of a Blue Mountain Resort.

• Read chits to ensure food orders are correct

• Deliver food orders to guests seated at table

• Clear guest's trays and debris form table; sanitize tables, chairs (all surfaces)

• Change garbage, recycle and compost bins

• Restocking condiments and expo and server stations

• Hosting

• Service Bar as required

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

• Some completion of High School

• Smart Serve certification.

• Basic working knowledge of food and beverage

• Basic Food Safety knowledge

• Strong basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
