Line Operator | Continental Day Shifts

WHAT WE OFFER

- Continental day shift schedule: 7 shifts across two weeks (182 working days per year compared to the traditional 260)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Line Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You will:
- Inspect products for quality and size, making adjustments as needed
- Communicate with drivers, operators, and staff to follow production plans
- Inspect bags every 15 minutes for seal, date codes, labels, and quality standards
- Ensure proper setup of Bosch machines and tubers per production plan
- Walk the line hourly to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime
- Monitor chiller temps, tunnel temps, fan speeds, and recipe mixes every two hours
- Complete startup and shutdown checklists each shift
- Wear proper PPE and follow safety standards at all times
- Connect with supervisors to report concerns, changes, or updates
- Support production quotas and report quality concerns promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (asset, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently and follow production schedules
