Job Description
In this role, you will take the lead in shaping pricing and reserving strategies that drive our insurance business forward. You’ll partner closely with senior analytics leaders and business stakeholders to design and execute innovative pricing, modeling, and product strategies across multiple lines and geographies. You’ll also guide and inspire a team of analysts—bringing actuarial standards, statistical expertise, and systems thinking together to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful business impact.
Accountabilities**:**

Drive the development of advanced actuarial and statistical analyses and methodologies utilizing best practices to influence business decisions.

Shape pricing, reserving, and modeling strategies by applying your deep knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulatory environments.

Oversee data selection, quality, and the appropriate use of tools to deliver reliable insights and recommendations.
-
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, while partnering with leadership on talent development and growth opportunities.

Translate complex actuarial techniques and modeling results into clear insights that influence key business decisions.

Lead, implement, manage, and/or contribute to cross-functional projects with moderate to significant complexity, applying strong project management practices.

Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the actuarial space.
Qualifications**:**

Robust product, price, risk management and insurance regulation knowledge, including professional standards of actuarial/statistical techniques
-
Advanced project management skills to independently handle multiple projects of moderate to high complexity, that cross multi-disciplinary groups
-
Management experience, including ability to train, develop and mentor people leaders
-
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present written and verbal interpretations of specialized terms and data, to multi-disciplinary groups and various organizational levels
-
Demonstrated knowledge in the use and ability to learn a wide variety of tools, data sources and computer applications
