Regional Program Manager- Full-Time

**Position Description:**Reporting to the Regional Director, the Regional Program Manager is responsible for managing the overall excellence of Indwell’s operational programs within the dedicated Southwest region-London, Ontario. This role provides leadership in program planning and implementation, monitors and maintains quality standards of service, and fosters positive community and public relationships.

**Hours:**40 hours per week with flexibility required. Primarily weekdays, although hours are variable based on program needs. On-call duties as required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: LEAD SELF

ACHIEVE RESULTS
- Oversees program planning, development, and evaluation utilizing evidence-informed practices to ensure regulatory compliance, meeting accreditation requirements, and alignment with community needs.
- Maintains operational excellence by managing intake processes, occupancy, tenant relations, and adherence to the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Employs data analytics and reporting to monitor program outcomes, identify trends, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrates robust financial expertise through participation in budget planning, expenditure oversight, and pursuit of new funding opportunities.
- Ensures prompt completion of incident follow-up, audits, and administrative tasks, upholding high standards of safety, documentation, and accountability.
- Provides dependable leadership presence, including after-hours support as needed, to maintain continuity of care and service delivery.
DEVELOP COALITIONS
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders to maximize service integration and community impact.
- Represents the organization at networks and planning tables, advancing collaborative solutions and advocating for supportive and affordable housing.
- Coordinates closely with internal teams—including Facilities, Clinical, and Community Engagement—to synchronize efforts and reinforce organizational cohesion.
- Promotes the organization’s mission and programs to expand community awareness and support, including engagement in fundraising activities.
SYSTEM TRANSFORMATION
- Provides strategic leadership to regional program teams, contributing to system-wide improvements in housing, support services, and community development.
- Partners with Facilities leadership to ensure safe, well-maintained environments and plan long-term facility enhancements aligned with program requirements.
- Supports innovation through involvement in the design, launch, and assessment of new programs and service models in collaboration with the Regional Director and Flourish.
- Oversees the implementation of safety systems, inspections, and policies—including Integrated Pest Management—to sustain high-quality environments.
- Demonstrates adaptability and forward-thinking, identifying opportunities to optimize service delivery and strengthen organizational resilience.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

- A personal commitment to integrate our organizational and Christian values into all aspects of your daily work, including, organizational culture, leadership practices, decision-making and strategic direction
- Diploma or degree in social work, social service work, nursing or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience in a social service setting
- Experience working in supportive housing, mental health and/or addictions sectors is beneficial with harm reduction approaches to substance use
- A client-centered approach, using trauma-informed strategies to support residents
- Demonstrated crisis intervention and conflict management skills
- A warm, sensitive and caring approach with a genuine interest in supporting a diverse population of people living with mental illness
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment, work independently, be flexible, organized, responsible and take initiative
- Strong communication, listening, interview and assessment skills, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with public speaking and community networking experience
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ongoing learning and experience around supporting diverse individuals and communities (i.e. cultural safety, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice, etc.)
- A commitment to interpersonal collaborative teamwork and care and continuous professional development
- Access to a car and valid “G” class driver’s license
