Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Marketing Coordinator you are responsible for Customer Relationship Management strategy, content creation, digital advertising and day-to-day management of all social media channels.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social media channels.
Creating and scheduling content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
Visiting show homes, job sites, community events, and other locations to capture photo and video content for marketing use.
Designing and updating marketing materials including brochures, signage, presentations, advertisements, email graphics, and sales collateral.
Maintaining website content including home listings, specifications, community pages, blogs, promotions, and general updates.
Supporting content development for newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Assisting in coordinating print production, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials to sales centres and stakeholders.
Monitoring social media channels and assisting in responding to inquiries or escalating leads where required.
Supporting database management, contact lists, forms, and lead generation activities within CRM platforms.
Generating reports for campaign performance, website traffic, social media metrics, and other key marketing initiatives.
Ensuring marketing materials align with established brand standards and messaging.
Providing administrative and project coordination support to the marketing department as required.
Liaising with internal departments, vendors, agencies, printers, and other stakeholders to support project execution.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of marketing related experience.
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable vehicle.
Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
Familiar with Canva, WordPress, (HubSpot, Sitefinity), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop) and Social Media channels (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).

Preferred Requirements

Prior experience working with homebuilder or land development is considered an asset.

Work Conditions

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and work outside of regular business hours may be required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
