Why We’d Want to Work with You:
We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager for the team at AudienceView! As we continue to build and manage our multi-product portfolio, we’re looking for a strong Product Manager who is highly curious, proactive, and eager to learn from clients. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives by developing features and functionality that effectively solve client problems. We value people who take initiative, lead by example, and communicate with transparency.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design throughout the development cycle, providing guidance, clarifying requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Engage directly with clients to deeply understand their problems and desired outcomes to create scalable solutions that serve our broader client base.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize new functionality and improvements. Iterate on features based on user insights and impact to desired outcomes.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Promote the product across the organization through training sessions, presentations, and creation of written collateral.
- Help define the product roadmap to align with corporate goals and product vision.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Leverage this knowledge to identify innovative solutions and guide feature development.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Product Management experience in B2B2C SaaS organizations
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a changing environment.
- Strong focus on data-driven decision-making in product discovery, development, and launch
- Ability to establish and measure success against a set of key metrics and goals
- Strong storytelling capability, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization
- Experience weighing options against business impact to make strategic roadmap recommendations
- Strong technical acumen, ability to collaborate with engineering
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate the business value of decisions across the organization
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data to draw appropriate conclusions
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills, above-average ability to multi-task proactively and prioritize in response to issues as they arise; adept at problem-solving
- Experience working in multiple areas of the product lifecycle
- Ability to excel as part of a lean product management team

How we hire - here's a brief overview of our recruitment process:
- Screening & Resume Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate all resumes and select candidates for a video screening call for 30 minutes.
- Hiring Manager Interview (45 minutes): Meet with the hiring manager to speak in detail about your relevant experience and learn more about the role.
- Case Study (60 minutes): Engage in a real-world scenario to demonstrate your strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and product management approach.
- Meet More of the Team (30 minutes): Connect with members of the Product Team to learn more about the work culture, collaboration style, and team expectations.
- Final Interview (30 minutes): Showcase your expertise as a Product Manager in a final interview, focusing on your ability to drive product outcomes and collaborate cross-functionally.
