As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support all areas related to the Mosaic customer experience, with a primary focus on property marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and the implementation of our in-person experiences.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Coordinator is responsible for managing deliverables integral to property marketing programs. This role also supports a variety of Mosaic’s corporate branding initiatives, including our digital environments (website, social media, and email campaigns). The Coordinator works in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with Mosaic’s Sales, Interior Design, Home Care, Development, Construction, and Finance teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Support Project Leads in the creation of briefing materials, content development, and creative feedback.
- Handle administrative duties related to project budgeting, accounts payable workflows, and management of internal cost reporting systems.
- Coordinate vendor logistics, project schedules, and other workflow support.
- Ensure Mosaic’s digital environments are best-in-class and always running smoothly.
- Assist with internal and external corporate communications, including outbound emails, corporate presentations, and social media planning.
- Support pre-production and execution of visual assets, including photography, videography, and renderings.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as paid advertising, email marketing metrics, and brand awareness.
- Assist Marketing and Interior Design teams with Home Store and Model Home installations.
