About the role
Mandate:
Reporting to the department manager, the Customs Freight Services Associate will be collaborating with the customs operations and advisory teams. This role covers both customs freight services and accounts payable brokerage, including managing post-release payments, deliveries, and client onboarding. The candidate will contribute to client growth by delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, they will train and support new hires to ensure they perform all functions effectively.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service activities related to customs services
- College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or a related field is considered an asset
- Experience with CargoWise One and Salesforce systems is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office is required
