Description:

WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. If you are positive, passionate about fashion, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for a driven and dynamic individual to join an exciting and evolving team!

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support for HR strategy and delivery, and will support full-cycle recruitment for the Canadian stores market. The HR Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the respective regional HRBP, and Store Regional Director as well as other subject matter experts on the HR team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Post job openings through the ATS and additional job boards;
  • Coordinate offers to candidates and onboarding requirements for new hires;
  • Respond to all inquiries regarding employment application status;
  • Maintain and update the recruitment ATS as required (Welcome Kit, Acknowledgement forms, Policies, etc.);
  • Conduct resume searches using Indeed and LinkedIn;
  • Support District Supervisors and Regional Directors with recruitment challenges and provide recommendations, strategies and tools for proactive recruitment;
  • Process employee promotion forms and track promotions accordingly;
  • Coordinate background checks for new hires;
  • Conduct virtual interviews for Store Manager positions;
  • Create training Knowledge Capsules for new in-store launches;
  • Coordinate shipment of in-store documents for new store openings and annual back-store board refresh;
  • Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports using Excel
  • Generate and analyze weekly Excel reports to identify requisitions needing immediate support, ensuring time-to-fill requirements are met (Open Req Report, Promotion Report, Active Positions Report, Candidate Activity Report, Exit Survey Reports, etc.);
  • Manage credit card expenses for the HR team;
  • Participate in store-visits on an annual basis;
  • Coordinate and participate in recruiting events (i.e. job fairs and store open houses);
  • Collaborate and support the HR team on all initiatives and program launches;
  • Additional tasks as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in a pertinent field;
  • Ideal role for a new graduate looking to build their HR career;
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience is an asset;
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken & written);
  • Excellent customer support, organization skills, diplomacy and attention to details;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Fashion retail experience is an asset.
